Biography

Dr.Xia Yun is the deputy director of the clinical laboratory of The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. He is good at early diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases, monitoring and control of nosocomial infection, and research on mechanism of bacterial drug resistance.

He participated in compiling the national planning textbooks Clinical microbiology testing techniques for undergraduate education during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, won the third prize in the teaching competition for young teachers in the hospital, published two teaching papers, edited two monographs and training materials.

In recent years, he has presided over two general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, presided over the key projects of Chongqing Science and Chongqing Natural Science Foundations. He has published more than 70 papers on SCI、CSCD. He won one third prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award.
