Tianyou Luo, male, Master of Medicine, professor of Radiography, chief physician, doctor supervisor, Deputy Dean of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Director of Chongqing General Medicine Education Center.

He graduated from the Department of Medicine of Chongqing Medical University in 1985, and worked in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 1988. He served as a radiologist, attending physician, deputy chief physician (associate professor), chief physician, and professor. From 1999 to 2006, he served as the deputy director (in charge of work) and the director of Radiology Department (Diagnostic Radiology Teaching and Research Section). From 1996 to 1998, he was sent by the government to study in the Affiliated Hospital of the National University of Tsukuba in Japan for 2 years. He is engaged in medical treatment, teaching and scientific research of radiography, good at neuroimaging diagnosis and abdominal imaging diagnosis.

He has presided over 7 national and municipal scientific research projects, published more than 100 papers in professional journals from China and abroad, including 20 SCI papers. He also published 4 academic monographs as associate editor and co-editor, and won 5 provincial & ministerial and department-level scientific & technological achievements awards, 2 provincial and ministerial teaching achievement awards.
