She has been engaged in blood transfusion for nearly 40 years and committed herself to the standardized management of blood transfusion and the exploration of clinical blood quality management system, and has rich theoretical and practical experience in the management of blood transfusion department and laboratory testing technology. She takes charge of the the Department of Blood Transfusion for many years, and has pioneered blood transfusion treatment and stem cell collection, and led the department of blood transfusion of our hospital into rank among the leading transfusion management in Southwest district.
She has published more than 20 academic article and won one project of chongqing Health Bureau.She is member of the expert Committee of Chongqing Blood Transfusion Association, member of the Clinical Transfusion Working Committee of Chongqing Blood Transfusion Association, member of the microbiological Test group of Chongqing Disease Prevention and Control Expert Bank, member of the medical quality supervision expert group of our hospital and member of the editorial board of the Journal of Chongqing Medical University.
