To implement the requirements for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic, protect the public health, continually strengthen the prevention and control of hospital infection, and to prevent the occurrence of clustered epidemics in the hospital to the greatest extent, we warmly remind all visitors to actively cooperate with the following tasks:

Entry Management

1.Wear a mask correctly.

2.Body temperature will be measured, if T≥37.3℃, go to the fever clinic.

3.Healthy QR Code and Travel Card will be checked. Anyone who has a history of travellingother places within 14 days is required to provide a negative nucleic acid test report after arriving in Chongqing; those who come or return to Chongqing with Travel Card marked with“*“must provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours carried out in Chongqing.

4. Elderly people (60 years old and above) who cannot provide Healthy QR Code and TravelCard need to register with ID or social security card number.

Outpatient Management

1. The outpatient department fully implements time-based appointment (except for emergency department), all source numbers are open for appointment, and on-site additions are restricted. You can make appointments through mobile APP, WeChat, self-service machines, etc., and visit the hospital 30 minutes in advance in strict accordance with the appointment time.

2. Wear a mask correctly throughout the process and keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter.

3.We strictly implement "one doctor, one patient, one consulting room",and advise no accompanying if unnecessary. Special groups such as the elderly or patients with speech impaired or mobility impairments can be accompanied by a family member.

4. Outpatients are not allowed to enter the inpatient ward for treatment.

5. Patients in the fever clinic must actively cooperate in completing nucleic acid testing, bloodtest, and if necessary, chest CT and other related screenings, and wait for the screening results on the spot, and must not leave the area before the results are available.

Hospitalization Management

1. The patient must provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours upon admission.

2. The escort must provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours.The rule of"one patient, one fixed escort"is implemented and the escort cannot be changed halfway.

3. The patient and the escort should cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control rules and requirement while stay at the hospital, and should not leave the ward without permission.The ward is not open to visitors.

Nucleic Acid Testing

1.Patients with fever or those with a history of travelling in moderate or high-risk areas (Healthy QR Code and TravelCard shows other colors rather than green) should conduct nucleic acid collection at the fever clinic (open 24 hours).

2. Person who should be inspected and willing to be inspected can be taken samples at the outpatient nucleic acid collection point (time: 08:00-17:00; open 24 hours during the epidemic).

3. The report can be acquired through the WeChat public account of "重医一院金山医院" or Yukang Code.
